The Jade egg practice is something that has been a huge shift in my sexual experience. Having experienced the changes within my vagina after giving birth to my son 23 years ago, I am so grateful for the restorative connection and re strengthening of the muscle tone that the Jade egg can create. Sweet Transformation

I have a sweetly transformative and wonderful relationship with my Jade egg.

I had my son when I was young – just age 19! It was an unplanned and a fully embraced change within my life. I had never planned to have children but I realise now that having my son is and has been such a profound initiation. It has really created who I am today – it stretched my capacity for love and multi tasking for sure!

One of the things I had not been aware of was the change that was going to happen to my body. No one spoke to me about it, there was very little information about anything really. My vagina changed!!! The way she looked from the outside, the labia changed shape and her sensory capacity changed. I had to have stitches and my perineum changed in length.
I grieved and needed to re create a new relationship with her and my sexual play. The Jade egg came along and saved the day!


It is time to stop ignoring the richness that can be empowered when we take time to be in relationship with our body rather than ignore her.

I had the privilege of when a group of women who had been experiencing insomnia as part of their menopausal journey reported back that while sleeping with their Jade egg inside, that they slept more deeply than they had for a long time and their dreams were insightfully inspired.

Women who have experienced scaring or a clumsy episiotomy after child birth have shared that after a short while their relationship to staying attentive, feeling sensation, gaining more sexual confidence and pride in their vagina.

This practice is also part of opening a doorway towards the experience of divine union whatever that means for you. I have the blessed privilege that women and partners share with me some of their growing states of unity. For me this is my favourite piece of the gateway.

One thing I would like to make us aware of is our unique set of circumstances – I work weekly in 1 to 1 sessions with women with many different situations that are happening within their pelvis and sexual energy – Scar tissue, loss of libido, Disconnection, pain, prolapse, vaginismus, lichen sclerosis, lack of satisfying orgasms and so on…… all with unique life journeys.

I advise women to use their Jade yoni egg in different ways due to their unique personal circumstances.  If you are already tight / toned for example I would suggest a different practice to someone that needs to tone the pelvic floor.
