Welcome! We are your hosts, Kalindi and Pete – We have been together as lovers for 14 years – we are explorers, adventurers of love and self enquiry. It has not always been easy, we have faced many challenges but we experience with effort, exploration and turning back to love, we deepen our pleasure and still experience mind blowing sex together! We are lovers of touch, conscious awareness, tantra, energy and making love a practice for every moment. We want to share with you ways that have been in service to our relationship.

MONTHLY SESSIONS

As a group of couples we will gather live online for 6 sessions between September to November. A couples exploration/ learning – 8pm to 10pm. In the comfort of your home.

RECORDINGS

All the sessions will be recorded and accessible in a members only area. So if you miss one you can watch the recording to learn what to explore.

Programme Information

What this programme includes

We gather as a group monthly on zoom – 8pm to 10pm
These sessions will have a blend of conversations, embodied practices, of screen touch exploration, reflective enquiry, somatic investigation, sexual learning, Q and A sessions and processes to explore together over the coming month.
Home practices will be shared for you both to explore.
Everything will be recorded and added to a members area, just incase you miss it or want to go back over the journey.
There will be an optional monthly un-led online lounge space, to meet up, get to know and share with each other.
Private optional WhatsApp group for on going sharing.

Relationship themes

Themes that we will cover…

Healthy communication – Our day is our foreplay! We need clear open communication to feel safe and seen.

Sacred sexuality – Tantra and Taoism – We will explore a lot of embodied sensual and sexual energy practices.

Self love – Being able to receive love starts from how we treat ourselves, what our self speak and self care looks like, so making sure your love for you is in full flow.

Emotional intelligence – Understanding how your emotions move, owning your triggers, being able to express them healthy builds clear emotional connection.

Quality time – Moving through the practical needs of life, running the home, watching TV together is not quality time! Quality time is doing things that make your hearts open and you see each other as lovers, creating adventures together.

Being playful – Feeling free in your expression together, uninhibited, laughing, stepping out of the serious into the mystery of fun brings a lightness to all that is heavy.

Affectionate touch – Touch that is not just sexual is needed to be woven through our days together bring oxytocin, appreciation, softness and love.

Self development – Self enquiry and learning about how you work brings an intelligence, understanding and inner ownership when challenges arise between you both. It is your life journey you are walking.

Vulnerability – Everyone has vulnerability and learning how to look after our own and love our partners in theirs brings a level of trust that is a true treasure.

Divine connection – In our sense we feel that there is something bigger holding all of life. We need to be able to rest in this connection to resource, when life is overwhelming know that something bigger than this story is unfolding and that we are held by unconditional love as we move through the complex conditions of human relating.

Sex and intimacy – All through the year we will be weaving sexual and intimacy practices. Creating the delicious, vital, sexual alchemy of your dreams.

Gratitude – Cultivating gratitude means we feel met and seen. Looking through the lens of gratitude brings a receptive vitality that awakens a flow of grace and connection in every arena of life.

Relationship first aid – Helping you develop ways to support your love when it gets knocked, challenged and needs some emergency healing.

Ancestral constellation effects – we step into relating with the ancestral story of our parental lines, so we will be exploring bringing awareness and attending to how this effects the way our sexual and relational expression flows.

As we flow through the year we are open to your needs of topics and themes that will arise, so subjects will met the needs and desires of the group also.

As we all have experienced much more lately that life habits twists and turns. I believe we have become more flexible and aware that change is sometimes necessary due to un foreseen circumstances. We may have to change a few dates as the 6 sessions unfolds but we will try not to unless it is absolutely necessary due to unforeseen life events.

REFUND POLICY

This programme is non-refundable and non-transferable unless you notify us in writing at least 30 days prior to the program start date. If you notify us within this time frame, there will be a £75 administrative and transaction fee deducted from your total refund. No refunds are given once the course has started.

FAQ

HOW LONG WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO THE COURSE MATERIAL?

The course recording and resources will be available through 1 year after the completion of the program.

DO WE NEED TO ATTEND THE EXTRA LOUNGE WEBINAR?

There is no need to attend the monthly couples live lounge session but we highly recommend them. The conversations around shared practices, as well as feedback, different perspectives and support you receive from other couples will assist in deepening your own practice.

CAN I ATTEND A SESSION IF MY PARTNER AND I ARE IN DIFFERENT LOCATIONS?

Yes! During the live group practice calls, you can be put in a break out room together to explore. Some of the more physical processes will have to be saved for when you are in person again.
