This circle is a nervous system based approach to building desire, safety and intimacy after trauma. Trauma leaves pathways in the body, patterns held in the nervous system that can be obvious or incredibly subtle, shaping how we experience touch, arousal, pleasure and connection. We will explore and enquire how your system is holding it self safe and inhibiting sexual vitality. I will share insights gathered over years of working with many different forms of trauma and guide you through practices that help you listen to the body with compassion rather than force.
