Pelvic Alchemy is the first of my monthly Alchemy Circles. A women only session to awaken the flow of self-connection, pleasure, and inner safety. So many women carry tension in the pelvis without even realising it. The body holds stress, past experiences, emotional overwhelm and the pressure of everyday life in subtle ways through gripping, tightening, bracing or disconnecting. When the pelvic space is tense, pleasure can feel distant or muted, because the body is in a state of protection rather than openness. Pleasure requires softness, safety, physical flow and tension interrupts that natural current.
