This circle is a guided process to help partners identify and lovingly find a way to explore desires without shaming or rejecting each other. I often find that couples struggle to share their desires whether sexual, affectionate, adventurous or intimate out of fear of rejection, judgement or being shamed. By creating a safe space to express with open minds and open hearts can be profoundly healing and connecting. This doesn’t mean every desire has to be acted on. In my experience, couples who keep learning about each other often feel surprised by what becomes possible and with what they can co-create together.
